This feature makes everyday tasks quicker in Windows 11 through inline suggested actions. When you copy a date, time, or phone number, Windows will suggest actions relevant to you such as creating calendar events or making phone calls with your favorite apps. On copying a phone number or date/time on pages or within apps, Windows will pop up an inline light dismissible UI that suggests ways to call the phone number using Teams or suggests creating the event using supported calendar apps. How to enable or disable Suggested Actions in Windows 11
As mentioned above, Suggested Actions is currently available to devices enrolled in the Microsoft Insider Preview program that makes everyday tasks quicker in Windows 11 through inline suggested actions. Examples of Suggested actions: For date/time actions: Use the steps below to turn this feature On or Off. Windows 11 has a centralized location for the majority of its settings app. From system configurations to creating new users and updating Windows, all can be done from the System Settings pane. To get to System Settings, you can use the Windows key + I shortcut or click on Start ==> Settings as shown in the image below: Alternatively, you can use the search box on the taskbar and search for Settings. Then select to open it. Windows Settings pane should look similar to the image below. In Windows Settings, click System, and select Clipboard on the right pane of your screen shown in the image below. On the System > Clipboard settings pane, toggle the switch to On or Off to enable or disable Suggested actions in Windows.
